Okuma Listesi — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Okuma Listesi does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data.
It is a read-later app that runs entirely on your Mac inside Apple's App Sandbox.
There is no account, no sign-in, no server, and no analytics.
Where your data lives
- Everything you save — articles, videos, categories, tags, notes and reading
state — is stored only in the app's local database on your Mac.
- Nothing is uploaded anywhere. The developer has no access to your library.
Network access
- When you save a link, the app fetches that page so it can produce a
clean, readable version and store it for offline reading. The request goes to the
website you chose, and to nobody else.
- For video links, the app may call the public oEmbed endpoint of the video
service (for example YouTube or Vimeo) to read the title and thumbnail.
- The app uses your Mac's shared website data store, so if you are already
signed in to a site in the app, that session may be used to reach content you
have access to. Those cookies stay on your Mac.
Tracking
The app contains no advertising, no telemetry, no crash-reporting SDK and no
third-party tracking of any kind. Its privacy manifest declares no collected data
and no tracking domains.
Sharing
Content leaves the app only when you explicitly use the macOS share menu — for
example, sending an article to Notes or Mail. You choose the destination each time.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from
anyone.
