Fast Search Everything for Mac (“the App”) is a local file search utility for macOS. Your privacy is fundamental to how the App is built: it works entirely on your device.
None. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
The App searches only the folders you explicitly choose through the standard macOS file picker. Access is granted by you and stored on your Mac as a security-scoped bookmark so the App can re-open those folders on the next launch. The index of your files is created and kept locally on your device and is never uploaded or sent anywhere.
The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not send your file names, content, or any other information to us or to any third party.
The App does not use third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
